Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 38 years for Post 1, 35 years for Post 2, 21, 30 years for Post 3 to 19 & 45 years for Post 20 as on closing date. Age relaxation up to 05 years for SC/ST candidates, 03 years for OBC & Other candidates is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master Degree in Anthropology/ Anthropology of a recognized University/ equivalent with evidence of specialization in Cultural Anthropology/ Physical Anthropology for Post 1, 2, Degree in Chemical/ Civil/ Textile/ Electrical/ Leather/ Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Aeronautical/ Computer/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Mining Engineering/ Technology from a recognised University/ Institution/ equivalent for Other posts with relevant experience. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on recruitment test (RT) followed by interview

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 25/- by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash/ by using net banking facility of the SBI/ by using visa/ master credit/ debit card. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates of any community.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through website www.upsconline.nic.in on or before 28-07-2016 by 23:59 Hrs  (Reopened from 08-08-2016 at 10:00 AM to 09-08-2016 up to 05:00 PM).

Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Before applying online candidates have to scan the copies of photograph & signature.
2. Log on through the website www.upsconline.nic.in
3. Click on “Online Recruitment Application (ORA) for Various Recruitment Posts” & Again Click on “New registration” (if not registered)
4. Select the Desired post & Click on “Apply Now”.
5. Fill all the details carefully & submit the form.
6. After successful registration, a unique registration ID will be allotted, note down the ID & password.
7. Now fill the personal profile, contact details, age relaxation if applicable.
8. Now fill the details of qualification, experience.
9. Now fill the details of Professional Registration, Language, Miscellaneous Module.
10. Now candidate have to choose the Recruitment Test Centre.
11. Now upload soft copies of educational qualification & experience documents in Document Upload Module.
12. After uploading photograph & signature preview the ORA form and check the details carefully.
13. Now click on the submit button
14. Candidates can Pay Fee using the Internet banking facility in SBI or other associated banks or can pay through Visa/ Master Debit or Credit card issued by any Bank/ Institution.
15. Here the Transaction ID & Date of Registration details will directly uploaded automatically.
16. Now pay the fee through cash at any branch of State Bank of India through the Pay-in-Slip
17. A transaction ID will be given, again revisit the website and click on the “Click here to view your Previous/ Currently active applications”.
18. Log in by registration ID & password, candidates can see “My Active Application (My draft Application)” link.
19. Now fill the details of transaction ID and Date of Transaction if paid through cash.
20. Click “Continue”, check the details of fee and submit the application.
21. Now take printout of online application for future use.

ஜிஎஸ்டி என்றால் என்ன?

நாடு சுதந்திரமடைந்தபிறகு வரி விதிப்பில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் மிகப் பெரிய மாற்றம் இதுவாகும். நாடு முழுவதும் ஒருமுனை வரி விதிப்பைக் கொண்டு வரும் வகையில் சரக்கு மற்றும் சேவை வரி (ஜிஎஸ்டி) அமல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது. இதன் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்:

* இது ஒரே சீரான சரக்கு மற்றும் சேவைகளுக்கு விதிக்கப் படும் மறைமுக வரி விதிப்பாகும். இது நாடு முழுவதற்கும் ஒரே அளவாக இருக்கும். பல முன்னேறிய நாடுகள் இத்தகைய வரி விதிப்பு முறையைத்தான் பின்பற்றுகின்றன. உற்பத்தி, விற்பனை, நுகர்வு ஆகிய அனைத்துக்கும் ஒரே முனை வரி விதிப்பைக் கொண்ட ஒருங்கிணைந்த வரி விதிப்பாகும்.

* மத்திய அரசு விதிக்கும் உற்பத்தி வரி, சேவை வரி, உற் பத்தி மற்றும் சுங்கத்துறையில் விதிக்கப்படும் கூடுதல் வரி, சிறப்பு கூடுதல் சுங்க வரி, செஸ், சர்சார்ஜ் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து வரி விதிப்புகளும் நீக்கப்பட்டு ஒரு முனை வரியாக விதிக்கப் படும்.

* மாநில அரசு விதிக்கும் மதிப்பு கூட்டு வரி (வாட்) மத்திய வரி, வாங்கும்போது வரி, நுழைவு வரி, பொழுதுபோக்கு வரி, விளம்பரங்கள் மீதான வரி, லாட்டரி, பந்தயம், சூதாட்டம், மாநில அரசு விதிக்கும் பிற வரி விதிப்புகளுக்கு மாற்றாக இது அமையும்.

* அதிக வரிச் சுமையைக் குறைப்பதே இதன் முக்கிய நோக்கமாகும். பொதுவாக மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகள் பொருள் உற்பத்தி மதிப்பை அடிப்படை யாகக் கொண்டு வரி விதிப்ப தில்லை. இருப்பினும் பல்வேறு நிலைகளில் வரி விதிப்புக்கு உள்ளாக்கப்படும். இது நாட்டின் ஒட்டுமொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத் தியை (ஜிடிபி) மறைமுகமாக பாதிக்கிறது. வரி ஏய்ப்பு, குறைந்த வரி ஆகியவற்றை தவிர்ப்பதோடு தொழில் புரிவதை எளிதாக்கும்.

* 2011-ம் ஆண்டு வடிவமைக் கப்பட்ட ஜிஎஸ்டி மசோதா வரை வில் கச்சா எண்ணெய், பெட் ரோல், டீசல், எரிவாயு, விமான எரிபொருள் மற்றும் மதுபானங் கள் ஜிஎஸ்டி வரி விதிப்பு பட்டியலில் இடம்பெறவில்லை.

* ஜிஎஸ்டி தொடர்பாக மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகளிடையே ஏற்படும் பிரச்சினைகளைத் தீர்க்க ஜிஎஸ்டி சமரச தீர்வு ஆணையம் ஏற்படுத்தப்படும். மாநிலங்களுக்கு இப்புதிய வரி விதிப்பு முறையால் ஏற்படும் வரி வருவாய் இழப்பு குறித்து இது ஆராயும். ஆனால் 2014-ல் கொண்டு வரப்பட்ட திருத்தத்தில் ஆணையத்துக்கு இத்தகைய அதிகாரம் நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

* 2014-ல் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட திருத்தத்தில் மதுபான வகைகள் ஜிஎஸ்டி பட்டியலில் இடம்பெறவில்லை.

* மாநிலங்கள் சில முக்கிய பொருள்கள் மீது வரி விதிப்பைக் குறைக்கலாம் என 2011-ல் அளிக் கப்பட்ட விதி 2014-ல் மேற்கொள் ளப்பட்ட திருத்தத்தில் முற்றிலு மாக நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் மாநிலத்தின் சிறப்பு அந்தஸ்து பிரிவில் எந்த உணவுப் பொருளும் இடம்பெற முடியாது.

* அதேபோல பஞ்சாயத்து மற்றும் முனிசிபாலிட்டிகளில் பொருள் நுழைவு வரி விதிக்கலாம் என்ற விதிமுறையும் 2014 ம் ஆண்டு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட திருத்தத்தில் முற்றிலுமாக நீக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது.

வேலை வேண்டுமா? - தடய அறிவியல் வேலைக்குத் தயாரா?

தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் தடய அறிவியல் துறையில் இளநிலை அறிவியல் அலுவலர்களுக்கான காலிப் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்கான அறிவிப்பை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. மொத்தம் 30 இடங்கள் நிரப்பப்பட உள்ளன. தகுதி வாய்ந்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் ஆகஸ்ட் 28 வரை ஆன்லைனில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். ஆன்லைன் விண்ணப்பங்கள் கடந்த 29 அன்று முதல் தயார்நிலையில் உள்ளன.

வயதுத் தகுதி:

01.07.2016 அன்று குறைந்தபட்சம் 18 வயது பூர்த்தியாகியிருக்க வேண்டும். எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.சி. அருந்ததியர், எஸ்.டி., பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டோர், மிகவும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டோர், சீர்மரபினர், முஸ்லிம்கள், விதவைகள் ஆகியோருக்கு உச்சபட்ச வயது வரம்பு இல்லை. இந்தப் பிரிவினரைத் தவிர பிறர் 30 வயதுக்குட்பட்டோராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

கல்வித் தகுதி

தடய அறிவியலில் முதுகலைப் பட்டமோ இயற்பியல், வேதியியல், உயிரியல் ஆகிய பாடங்களில் முதுகலைப் பட்டமோ பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

கட்டணம்:

நிரந்தரப் பதிவு (One-Time registration) செய்திருப்பவர்கள் தேர்வுக் கட்டணமாக ரூ.100 செலுத்த வேண்டும். பிறர் தேர்வுக் கட்டணத்துடன் நிரந்தரப் பதிவுக்கு ரூ.50 சேர்த்துச் செலுத்த வேண்டும். எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.சி. அருந்ததியர், எஸ்.டி. ஆகிய பிரிவினருக்கும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கும் விதவைகளுக்கும் கட்டண விலக்கு உண்டு. கட்டணத்தை ஆன்லைனிலோ வங்கி செல்லான் மூலமாகவோ கட்டலாம்.

விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறை

தகுதியுள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் www.tnpscexams.net / www.tnpscexams.in என்னும் இணைய முகவரியில் விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு எழுத்துத் தேர்வு அக்டோபர் 16 அன்று சென்னை, கோயம்புத்தூர், மதுரை ஆகிய இடங்களில் நடைபெறும். எழுத்துத் தேர்வு, நேர்காணல், சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு ஆகியவற்றின் அடிப்படையில் தகுதிவாய்ந்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
