No other educational qualification is needed to be included in the said educational qualifications under the ambit of the word equivalent. Note Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the UPSC in the case of the candidates otherwise well qualified. B. Experience- Two years experience of Analytical method and research therein in the field of Toxicology.
4.	Director (Staff Training / Productivity)	A. (i) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. OR (ii) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering followed by Post-graduate Diploma in Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University. B-EXPERIENCE- (i) Ten years’ experience in Engineering Workshop or Industry or training Institute for candidates possessing educational qualification mentioned at point A(i) above. (ii) Eight years’ experience in Engineering Workshop or Industry or Training Institute for candidates possessing educational qualification mentioned at point A(ii) above.
5.	Specialist Grade III (Dermatology)	(i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
