• Manager - HR/IR(HR): Candidate must be UG - B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, LLB - Law) OR (PG- MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, M.Sc - Any Specialization, LLM - Law, M.Com - Commerce, PG Diploma - Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required). Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in HR or MSW / MLW preferred, Qualification of LLB will add Value.
• Assistant General Manager- HR & IR(HR):  Candidate must be First Class Graduate.MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Labour Welfare preferred (can be relaxed in case of candidate having more than 15 years experience in HR in scheduled Bank)

Reserve Bank of India

The Reserve Bank of India invites applications from eligible candidates for 504 posts of “Assistant” in various offices of the Bank. • Educational Qualifications (as on 03.07.2015): At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.
• Age (as on 01.06.2015) : Between 18 and 28 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/06/1987 and not later than 01/06/1997 (both days including) are only eligible to apply. Age relaxation as per rules.
• Application Fee : Rs.450 /- for OBC/General candidates and Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXS
