Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 48 years for Post No. 01, 45 years for Post No. 02 & 03, 40 years for Post No. 03 to 10, 35 years Post No. 11 & 12, 30 years for Post No. 13 to 23 as on 13-12-2016. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates and Other relaxation details refer the notification.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in (Mechanical Engineering) for Post No. 01, M.Sc/ M.Tech/ M.Sc.Tech (Geology/ Applied Geology)/ M.Tech (Geological Technology) for Post No. 02, B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in (Mechanical Engineering) for Post No. 03, M.Sc/ M.Tech/ M.Sc.Tech (Geology/ Applied Geology)/ M.Tech (Geological Technology) for Post No. 04, M.Sc/ M.Tech/ M.Sc.Tech (Geophysics/ Applied Geophysics)/ M.Tech. (Geophysical Technology) for Post No. 05, B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in (Mechanical Engineering) for Post No. 06, Master’ s Degree in Social Science with first class Post Graduation Degree in public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism for Post No. 07 with 60% marks or equivalent from recognised University.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on personal interview for Post No. 01 to 13 & written test/ skill test in computer environment/ trade test for Post No. 14 to 23.
Application Registration Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- for General and OBC candidates through bank challan of Punjab National Bank or State Bank of India. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Serviceman/ Departmental candidates.
