Required Qualification:
Applying candidates of Supreme Court Of India Recruitment should possess Degree in Law of a Statutory University in India recognized by Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council for enrolment as an Advocate with knowledge of computer operation.
Experience:
- Candidates should be an Advocate enrolled in the territory of India and must have actually practiced in a High Court/Supreme Court for a continuous period of not less than 5 years or must have held a judicial appointment for not less than 5 years OR
- Candidates should be a Reader or Lecturer in Law of a recognized University for not less than 5 years With Minimum 3 years’ service in a Class 1 Gazetted post in Government service.
Candidates should be below 55 years of age. Relaxation in age will be given as per Government Rules.
Salary Structure:
Candidates will receive monthly salary of Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- after selection.
Selection Process for Supreme Court Of India Recruitment :
Candidates may first be required to appear and qualify in a Computer Test. Those who qualify in the Computer Test may be required to appear for a written test in preparing head-note of judgment followed by an interview. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for interview.
