Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be 40 years for UR, 43 years for OBC, 45 years for SC/ ST, 35 years for Women/ Divorced Women (40 years for SC/ ST) as on 01-01-2016.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess H.Sc or equivalent with 50% marks with for Post 1, Passed in Class 10 or equivalent for Post 2 Scouting/ Guiding qualification.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test/ skill Assessment/ interview.

Examination Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.100/- in the form of Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Chief Cashier, Western Railway, Churchgate payable at Mumbai. No Fee for SC/ ST / Women/ Ex-Servicemen/ PWD & Economically Backward candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format along with two passport size photos, all copies of certificates in regards to age, educational qualifications, scouting qualifications, caste certificate, other certificates duly attested enclosed in a closed envelope superscribed with “Application for Group ‘C (Grade Pay Rs.1900/-) or erstwhile Group ‘D’ (Grade Pay rs.1800/-) Recruitment against Sports Quota for the year 2015-16″ in a closed envelope addressed to Sr Personal Officer, Western Railway , Headquarter Office, 3rd floor, old Building, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020 OR to be dropped in the application box provided for the purpose in the Headquarters Office on or before 16-11-2015 by ordinary post only .

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 40 years for S.No- I and 35 years for S.No- II. Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years regular govt servants/ departmental/ widows/ divorced/ judicially women candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MD or DNB in relevant disciplines for S.No- I and M.Sc in Physics/ Chemistry/ Life Science/ Bio Informatics with 60% marks from a recognized University for S.No- II. 

Candidates should have relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be called for interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 250/- through challan form in any branch of State Bank of India.
