Educational Qualification:
1. Chief Risk Officer (TEGS-VII) - General Manager - He /she should be graduate in Finance, Accounts, Statistics, and Economics with post graduation in same discipline or MBA. However preference shall be given to additional professional qualifications like FRM/CFA/CA/ICWA + Minimum 20 years of experience with a Bank (India or Abroad) / Financial Institution of which minimum 5 years with substantial exposure to Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Operational Risk & Regulatory Risk. Exposure to Analytics, Reputational Risk, Information Security Risk and Enterprise Risk will be added advantage
2. Market Risk Officer Scale- III or IV - Graduate in any discipline AND MBA (Banking / Finance) or CA / ICWA. A certification course on Risk Mgmt / Financial Risk Management / Treasury Mgmt. shall carry due weightage + Minimum 3 years in Risk Mgmt Deptt. of PSBs.
3. Chief Financial Officer (TEGS-VII) - General Manager - He /she should be a qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance). Applicants with qualification equivalent to Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) from foreign universities can also apply + A minimum of 15 years in overseeing financial operations in domestic / foreign Banks / FIs / reputable financial companies / financial services organizations
4. Chief Technology Officer (TEGS-VII) - General Manager - He /she should be a First Class Graduate in Electronics/I.T Engineering/I.T Systems Engineering/MCA from a recognized University / Institute + A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of IT business / industry. Extensive experience
Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 45 to 55 Years), (For Post 2 - 30 to 45 years), (For Post 3, 4 - 57 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
