Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer or Electronics or ME/ M.Tech, MCA, MSc.
ExperienceMinimum 12 years of experience in Production/Implementation of software, of which at least 5 years in following areas - Switching Technology, Mobile payments, ECOM Payments & other forms of digital payments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the availability of Services.

  • Undertaking system health check and Performance  tuning analysis

  • To take capacity utilization exercise to balance and tune system in order to optimize deployed software and hardware.

  • Undertaking the Software Management lifecycle processes for the changes that are implemented in production systems.

  • Undertaking DR drills as per the schedules

  • Overseeing the roles and responsibilities of 24X7 production support team.

  • To ensure compliance with regulatory & security guidelines on payment domain.

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders & external stakeholders for smooth operations of the system and for adherence to Service level agreement.
