Essential Qualification : Graduate with English and Graduate conversant with the respective Indian language applied for as may be required for the job and having suitable voice to read bulletins. Candidates must be familiar with Computer Applications like MS Word and should have basic computer skill like e-mail & browsing.

Age Limit : Not less than 21 years and not more than 45 years as on 30.3.2015. The applicant may note that engagement on contractual basis in NSD: AIR will not confer any right for regularization of service in this Organization.

Remuneration : A monthly remuneration of Rs. 23,000/- (Twenty three thousand only) shall be payable for the contractual Assignees of NRT (IL) & English NR.

Educational Qualification:	Bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer or Electronics/ ME/ M.Tech, MCA, MSc

Key Responsibilities::	Responsible for significant, Technology vertical -wide projects, typically with large budgets and sizeable staff, focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders etc. Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and projects to meet the goals and priorities of the department. Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies used within NPCI-Tech Division. Provide expertise and consulting to project managers in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building and group motivation. Leads the design, testing, planning, and implementation of complex projects for systems that typically affect many users. Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members and project managers. Ensure project team, staff and manager training and Development. Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency Timeline Management of Projects: Generally managing multi-year, multi-phased projects.
