Educational Qualification:
Deputy General Manager (HR/ Personnel) - Graduate with atleast 2 years Full time first class Post Graduate MBA/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate program in Management with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relation/ Personnel Management or MHROD
Experience is defined as under: Candidates should have atleast 9 years total experience in supervisory/managerial capacity in a Govt. Department/ Central/ State PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies or Private firms of repute having not less than 500 employees, out of which at least 5 years should be in Managerial position.
Age Limit: (As on 01.03.2018)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 39 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
