Age Limit: Candidates upper age should be 27 years as on 20-08-2014 and 50 years for Departmental candidates. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full time 03 years regular Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline for Sl no 1, 2, 3 & 4 Posts, Regular 3 years Diploma course in Computer Science or B.C.A/ B.Sc in Computer Science for Sl no 5 Post, Graduation with 1 year PG Diploma in HRM/ IR/ Personnel Management for Sl no 6 Post, Graduation from a recognized University and qualified Chartered or Cost & Works Accountants for Sl no 7 Post.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Registration Fee: Candidates have to Pay Rs.400/- for General/ OBC candidates through Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Cement Corporation of India Limited’, payable at New Delhi and No fee for SC/ ST candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format with recent passport size photograph should be affixed along with attested copies of certificates and testimonials, caste certificate, by superscribing the envelope as “Application for Junior Management Trainee______Discipline” and send through ordinary post to Manager (Personnel), Cement Corporation of India Ltd, Post Box No. 3061, Lodhi Road Post Office, New Delhi 110003 on or before 22-08-2014.
