1) Customer Support Executive – U.S shift (6.30pm-3.30am)
Attending both Inbound & Outbound calls.
Fixed shift from Mon-Fri.
Sat and Sun compulsory offs.
Freshers and Experienced Candidates with International Voice Experience can apply.
Min Experience required is 6m; Max up to 3 yrs exp is considered
Edu: Any Graduate (Art & Science graduation preferred)
Salary: Fresher: 12000 p.m
Exp: Max up to 20k+Food+Incentives can be provided.
Pickup and Drop facility provided.
2) Technical Support Executive / Customer Support Executive (Semi-Technical process)
Inbound Process
Freshers must have excellent communication skills to apply.
Fresher’s can apply; any international calling experience can apply (technical exp preferred)
Max exp required 6 months.
Education Qualification: Min +2 Passed-(with experience are considered) and any graduation acceptable.
U.S Rotational shifts (will change on monthly basis) and no weekend offs
Cab: Pick up and drop provided.
Salary: 13,500 p.m to 15,200 p.m+Food+Incentives can be provided.
3) Customer Support Executive – U.K Shift (4.30pm -1.30am from Mon-Fri) (12.00pm – 9.00pm on sat)
Outbound Process.
Freshers and Experienced candidates with Excellent Communication skills can apply.
Edu: Any Graduate.
Salary: Fresher: 11000 pm;
Exp Candidate: Max up to 17k+Food+Incentives can be provided (Appraisal every 6m).
Cab: No pickup only Drop will be provided.
