Applications are invited for the recruitment various positions under the DBT sponsored project under unit of excellence scheme entitled, “Effect of traditional dietary habits on human gut microbes: dairy products of Nepali population and traditional rice beer of tribes of Assam on gut bacterial profile” at Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) Garchuk, Guwahati (Assam). Eligible and interested candidates can submit application.

1.    Name of Post: Research Associate

Number of Post: 1

Pay Scale:  Pay: Rs. 36,000/- + 20 %HRA

Educational Qualification and Experience: Candidates with Ph.D. degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics with good publication records are eligible to apply. Candidates with thorough knowledge and experience of next-generation sequencing and data analysis (Bioinformatics and statistics) will be preferred.

Age: Age limit is 32 years. It is relaxable for SC/ ST/ Woman candidate as per Govt. rule.

2.    Name of Post: Junior Research Fellow

Number of Post: 2

Pay Scale:  Pay:

Rs. 25,000/- + 20 % HRA in the 1^st and 2^nd years and Rs. 28,000/- + 20 % HRA in the 3^rd year for SRF (Candidates with NET qualification)

Rs. 12,000/- + 20 % HRA in the 1^st and 2^nd years and Rs. 14,000/- + 20 % HRA in the 3^rd year for SRF (Candidates without NET qualification)

Educational Qualification and Experience: Candidates with M.Sc/M.tech degree (with minimum of 55% marks) or equivalent in Biotechnology/ Microbiology are eligible to apply. Candidate with (a) experience of research in microbiology and biotechnology and/or (b) NET qualification will be preferred.

Age: Age limit is 32 years. It is relaxable for SC/ ST/ Woman candidate as per Govt. rule.

3.    Name of Post: Field assistant

Number of Post: 1

Pay Scale:  Pay: Rs. 5,000/- fixed. No additional allowances such as HRA etc. will be provided.

Educational Qualification and Experience: Matriculate (High School Certificate).The post requires extensive travelling for the collection of data and experimental materials from the entire North-East region.

Age: Age limit is 32 years. It is relaxable for SC/ ST/ Woman candidate as per Govt. rule.

பல்லடம்: போலீஸ் அதிகாரியின் நேர்மை

சாலையில் கிடந்த துணிப்பையில் ரூ.4 லட்சத்து 90 ஆயிரத்து 700-ஐ கண்டெடுத்த, பல்லடம் போக்குவரத்து காவல் உதவி ஆய்வாளர் அதை காவல்நிலையத்தில் ஒப்படைத்தார்.

இது குறித்து போலீஸார் கூறியதாவது: பல்லடம்- மாணிக்காபுரம் பிரிவில், நேற்று முன்தினம் மாலை போக்குவரத்து உதவி ஆய்வாளர் டி.முரளிதரன் போக்கு வரத்து ஒழுங்குபடுத்தும் பணியில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்தார். அப்போது அந்த வழியில் மஞ்சள் பை ஒன்று கிடந்துள்ளது. அதை திறந்து பார்த்தபோது, அதில் கட்டு கட்டாக பணம் இருப்பது தெரியவந்தது.

இதையடுத்து, பல்லடம் காவல் ஆய்வாளர் தங்கராஜிடம் பணத்தை ஒப்படைத்தார். அதில், ரூ.4 லட்சத்து 90 ஆயிரத்து 700 இருப்பது தெரிந்தது. அப்பகுதியில் பணத்துக்கு யாரும் உரிமம் கோராத நிலையில், முரளிதரன் அளித்த புகாரின் பேரில் பல்லடம் போலீஸார் வழக்கு பதிந்து விசாரிக்கின்றனர். இவ்வாறு போலீஸார் தெரிவித்தனர்.

இதுகுறித்து டி. முரளிதரன் ‘தி இந்து’விடம் கூறியதாவது: ”முகூர்த்த நாள் என்பதால், மாணிக்காபுரம் பிரிவில் போக்குவரத்தை ஒழுங்குபடுத்தும் பணியில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்தோம். அப்போது, அவ்வழியில் கிடந்த பையில் பணம் இருந்தை நானும், என்னுடன் இருந்த போக்குவரத்து காவலர் மற்றும் காவல் நண்பர் குழுவைச் சேர்ந்த 2 பேரும் பார்த்தோம். அங்கிருந்த யாரும் பணத்துக்கு உரிமை கோரவில்லை. ஆகவே பல்லடம் காவல்நிலையத்தில் பணம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டு, வழக்குபதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது” என்றார்.

வட்டி விகிதத்தில் மாற்றம் இல்லை: ஆர்பிஐ கவர்னர் ரகுராம் ராஜன் அறிவிப்பு

பொருளாதார வல்லுநர்களின் கணிப்புக்கு ஏற்ப வட்டி விகிதத்தில் ரிசர்வ் வங்கி எந்தவிதமான மாற்றத்தையும் செய்யவில்லை. தற்போதைய நிலையிலேயே வட்டி விகிதங்கள் தொடரும் என்று ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் கவர்னர் ரகுராம் ராஜன் அறிவித்தார்.

அதன்படி குறுகிய கால கடனுக்கான வட்டி விகிதம் (ரெபோ விகிதம்- குறுகிய காலத்தில் வங்கிகள் ரிசர்வ் வங்கியிடம் வாங்கும் கடனுக்கு செலுத்த வேண்டிய வட்டி) தற்போதைய 6.5 சதவீத நிலையிலேயே தொடரும். அதேபோல ரிவர்ஸ் ரெபோ விகிதம் 6 சதவீத நிலையிலும், ரொக்கக் கையிருப்பு விகிதம் 4 சதவீதம் என்கிற நிலையிலும் தொடரும் என்று ராஜன் அறிவித்தார்.

ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் செய்திக் குறிப்பு மற்றும் செய்தியாளர்களின் சந்திப்பில் ராஜன் கூறியதாவது.

ஏப்ரல் மாத பணவீக்கம் அதிகரித்திருக்கிறது. பணவீக்கம் கட்டுக்குள் இருந்தாலும் இன்னும் பாதுகாப்பான நிலையில் பணவீக்கம் இல்லை. தவிர அமெரிக்க பெடரல் ரிசர்வ் வங்கி இம்மாத இறுதியில் வட்டி விகிதம் உயர்த்துவதற்கான சூழல் இருக்கிறது. அதேபோல பருவமழை குறித்த தெளிவான தகவல்கள் இல்லை என்பதால் பணவீக்கம் குறித்து நிச்சயமற்ற சூழல் இருக்கிறது. 

மேலும் சர்வதேச அளவில் கச்சா எண்ணெய் விலை தொடர்ந்து உயர்ந்து வருகிறது. ஏழாவது சம்பளக் கமிஷனின் பரிந்துரைகள் அமல்படுத்தும் பட்சத்தில் பணவீக்கம் உயரலாம். இவற்றை கணக்கில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளும் பட்சத்தில் ஏப்ரலில் இருந்த நிலையே இப்போதும் தொடரலாம். 

ஏப்ரல் மே மாதங்களில் வங்கிகள் எம்சிஎல்ஆர் முறையை பின்பற்ற தொடங்கி உள்ளன. இதன் காரணமாக வட்டி விகிதம் குறைவதற்கான வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் வங்கிகளுக்கு மேலும் அவகாசம் அளிக்க வேண்டும். ரிசர்வ் வங்கியிடம் போதுமான டாலர் கையிருப்பு உள்ளது. டாலருக்கு நிகரான ரூபாய் மதிப்பில் எந்த விதமான இலக்கும் நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. முன்னதாக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட்ட பணவீக்க இலக்கு தொடர்கிறது. 2017 ஜனவரிக்குள் நுகர்வோர் பணவீக்கம் இலக்கு ஐந்து சதவீதமாக நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
