Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) is a voluntary association of banks with members from Public Sector, Private Sector, Foreign and Co-operative Banks in India and functions as a think tank for banks in the matters of concern for the whole banking industry. The Association invites application for the post of Managers(Total 10) & Vice Presidents (Total 2) from Serving/Ex-Officers of Public Sector Banks in the Grade of Scale I & II for Managers and Scale III & IV for Vice Presidents or equivalent post in Private Sector Banks/Financial Institutions for the positions in various Departments, viz., Banking Operations/ Retail Banking / Banking Technology / Social Banking / Legal / HR&IR/ Accounts & Administration/Research & Statistics Department of the Association.

1. Job Profile: Candidates are expected to have a thorough knowledge in the relevant field of banking.
2. Position : (1) Managers and (2) Vice Presidents
3. Qualification : Degree/PG from a recognized University.
4. Experience : Atleast 5 years experience in PSBs/Private Sector Banks/Financial Institutions.
5. Age : Maximum of 45 years (as on 28th March, 2016).
