யார் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்?

தற்போது குரூப்-பி அதிகாரி பணியில் 182 காலியிடங்களை நிரப்ப ரிசர்வ் வங்கி முடிவுசெய்துள்ளது. இந்தப் பணிக்குப் பட்டதாரிகள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். 10-ம் வகுப்பு முதல் பட்டப் படிப்பு வரை குறைந்தபட்சம் 60 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.டி. வகுப்பினருக்கும் மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கும் 50 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் போதுமானது. வயது வரம்பைப் பொறுத்தவரையில், 21 முதல் 30 என்று நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எம்.ஃபில். பட்டதாரிகளாக இருந்தால் 32 வரையும், பிஎச்.டி. முடித்திருந்தால் 34 வயது வரையிலும் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். ஒட்டுமொத்த வயது வரம்பில் எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.டி., ஓ.பி.சி. வகுப்பினருக்கும், மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கும் மத்திய அரசின் இடஒதுக்கீட்டு விதிமுறைகளின்படி உரிய தளர்வு உண்டு.

என்ன கேட்பார்கள்?

எழுத்துத் தேர்வு (2 நிலைகள்) மற்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வு அடிப்படையில் குரூப் பி அதிகாரிகள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படு கிறார்கள். எழுத்துத் தேர்வில் உள்ள 2 நிலைகளுமே ஆன்லைன்வழித் தேர்வாகத்தான் இருக்கும்.

முதலாவது தேர்வில் (அப்ஜெக்டிவ் முறை) கணிதம், ரீசனிங், பொது ஆங்கிலம், பொது அறிவு ஆகிய பகுதிகளிலிருந்து 200 மதிப்பெண்ணுக்குக் கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்படும். இதில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவோர் 2-வது நிலை தேர்வுக்கு அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள். இதில் 3 பிரிவுகள் உண்டு. முதல் பிரிவில் பொருளாதாரம் மற்றும் சமூக நிகழ்வுகள் தொடர்பான பாடங்களில் அப்ஜெக்டிவ் முறையில் கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்படும்.

இதற்கு 300 மதிப்பெண். 2-வது பிரிவில் ஆங்கிலத்தில் விரிவாக விடையளிக்கும் வினாக்கள் (Descriptive type) கேட்கப்படும். 3-வது பிரிவில் நிதி மேலாண்மை பாடத்தில் அப்ஜெக்டிவ் முறையிலான கேள்விகள் இடம்பெறும். ஒவ்வொரு பிரிவுக்கும் ஒன்றரை மணி நேரம் அளிக்கப்படும். எழுத்துத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவோருக்கு நேர்முகத் தேர்வு நடத்தப்படும். 2-வது நிலை எழுத்துத் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் மெரிட் பட்டியல் தயார்செய்யப்பட்டு அதன் பேரில் பணி நியமனம் நடைபெறும்.

ஆன்லைன் விண்ணப்பம், தேர்வு நாள் உள்ளிட்ட விவரங்கள் வெகு விரைவில் இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் இணையதளத்தில் (www.rbi.org.in) வெளியிடப்படும். குரூப்- பி அதிகாரிகளுக்கு ஆரம்ப நிலையில் சம்பளம் ரூ.50 ஆயிரத்துக்கு மேல் கிடைக்கும். அதோடு பல்வேறு அலவன்ஸ்களும் உண்டு. இளம் வயதில் குரூப்-பி அதிகாரியாகப் பணியில் சேர்ந்தால் பிற்காலத்தில் ரிசர்வ் வங்கி துணை கவர்னராகவும் ஆகலாம்!
