Educational Qualification:
1. General Manager (Projects)-[E8] - Degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering from a recognized University with good academic records + Should have at least 25 years of post-qualification experience
2. Company Secretary-[E6] - Graduate in Commerce with Company Secretary (CS) qualification from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) & an Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI. Candidates with LLB degree will be preferred + Should have atleast 18 years of Post qualification experience in Secretarial matters including statutory and regulatory compliances, corporate governance, board/committee/general meetings, management of investor relations, etc
3. Manager (Accounts)-[E3] - Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India or full time Masters in Business Administration [MBA] in Finance from nationally reputed and recognized Institutions approved by UGC/AICTE with consistently good academic record + Should have atleast 12 years of post-qualification experience, out of which atleast 3 years at senior level in Finance and Accounts Function preferably in Corporate/Indirect Taxation, Corporate Financial Management and Planning, Project Appraisal, Project financing and Monitoring, Capital Budgeting, Budgetary Control, Foreign Exchange Management
4. Dy. Manager(Accounts)- [E2] Assistant Manager (Accounts)-[E1] - Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India or full time Masters in Business Administration [MBA] in Finance from nationally reputed and recognized from UGC/AICTE Institution with consistently good academic record + Should have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts Function preferably in two or more of the following functional areas

Manager (Process Technology)-[E3] - Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India or full time Masters in Business Administration [MBA] in Finance from nationally reputed and recognized from UGC/AICTE Institution with consistently good academic record + Should have atleast 4 years of post-qualificationexperience in Finance and Accounts Function preferably in one or more of the following functional areas

Manager (Operation)-[E3] - BE/BTech in Mineral Engineering or Mineral Processing or Ore Dressing or Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University with good academic records MTech in Mineral Engineering or Mineral Processing is preferred + Shoud have 12 years of post-qualification experience in hematite or magnetite ore processing and beneficiation plant involving screening, grinding, cycloneing
7. Manager (Electrical)-[E3] - First class Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical /Industrial Production from a recognized University with good academic records +  Should have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in mineral processing industry out of which 3 to 4 years of experience in the operation of pellet plant with rotary kiln technology.

Manager (Maintenance) - First class Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized University with good academic records + Should have 10 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance of Pellet plant and Beneficiation plant out of which 3 to 4 years experience in maintenance of Pellet plant with rotary kiln technology
9. Dy. Manager (Operation) - First class Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized University with good academic records + Should have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in mineral processing industry out of which 2 to 3 years experience in the operation of pellet plant with rotary kiln technology.
10. Assistant Manager (Operation) - First class Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized University with good academic records
11. Dy. Manager (Electrical) - First class Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics from a recognized University with good academic records + Should have at least 6 years of post-qualificationexperience largely in the area of maintenance of Electrical equipments of pellet plant out of which 2 to 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance
12. Assistant Manager (Electrical) - First class Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics from a recognized University with good academic records + Should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience largely in the area of maintenance of Electrical equipments of pellet plant out of which 1 to 2 years of experience


Age Limit: (As on 31.07.2018)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 53 Years), (For Post 2 - 41 Years), (For Post 3, 5to 7 - 41 Years), (For Post 4 - 37/31 Years), (For Post 8 - 40 Years), (For Post 9, 10, 11, 12 - 35/30 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
