Alternatively candidate should have experience in design, experience in coordinating with various agencies involved like client, consultants, contractors, Estimation, Tendering, Rate analysis etc. Knowledge of CPWD conditions of contract and Specifications will be an added advantage. Candidates having proficiency in use of Computer will be preferred.

MANAGER (E-V grade) Min. 12 years of experience in Project Planning. Site coordination, estimation, execution of Industrial infrastructure and underground complexes, mass concreting of heavily reinforced structures, SOIL/ROCK stabilization during excavation, Quality Control Procedure, co-ordination of Inter-disciplinary activities, billing, exposure to AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Analysis and review of all project related activities with reference to time frame, resource allocation and scheduling. Dealing and Coordination with various contractors / vendors/ agencies for execution of works at sites. Exposure to AutoCAD & Microsoft project is desirable.
