வங்கி கடனை திருப்பி செலுத்த தகுதியிருந்தும் திருப்பி செலுத் தாதவர்களின் பட்டியலை பொது மக்கள் பார்வைக்கு வெளியிட முயற்சி செய்து வருகிறோம் என்று ரிசர்வ் வங்கி கவர்னர் ரகுராம் ராஜன் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். மேலும் வங்கிக் கடனை திருப்பி செலுத்துவது தொடர்பாக நீதி மன்றத்திற்கு வெளியே ஒரு சமரசத் தீர்வை எட்டுவதற்கு புதிய வழிமுறையை உருவாக்கி வரு கிறோம் என்றும் ரகுராம் ராஜன் கூறியுள்ளார்.

இதுதொடர்பாக அவர் மேலும் கூறியதாவது: ஒரு ஒழுங்கு முறையாளன் என்ற வகையில் தவறான செயல்பாடுகளில் ஈடுபடு பவர்களை பாதுகாக்கக் வேண் டிய விருப்பமோ நோக்கமோ இல்லை. இந்தப் பட்டியலை வெளியிடுவது குறித்து நாங்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறோம். அது மட்டுமல்லாமல் என்னுடைய குழு வினர் இந்தப் பட்டியலை வெளி யிடுவதற்காக வேலைபார்த்து வரு கின்றனர். கடனை திருப்பி செலுத்த தகுதியிருந்தும் செலுத்தாதவர்கள் பட்டியலை அனை வரும் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் வகையில் நாங் கள் நிச்சயம் வெளியிடுவோம்.

ஒரே கூடையில் வெற்றியடை யாத ரிஸ்க்கை எடுத்து சோர் வுற்று தொழில் முனைவை கொலை செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். நாம் ரிஸ்க் எடுக்க வேண்டிய தேவை இருக்கிறது. மக்களும் ரிஸ்க் எடுக்கவேண்டிய தேவை இருக்கிறது. இவ்வாறு ரகுராம் ராஜன் தெரிவித்தார்.

அனைத்து கடன் செலுத்தாத வர்கள் பட்டியலையும் வெளியிட முடியாது. அதிக கடன் வாங்கிய வர்களின் பட்டியலையும், கிரெடிட் கார்டு தொகையை செலுத்த மறந்தவர்களையும் ஒன்றாக வெளி யிட முடியாது. அப்படி வெளியிடும் பட்சத்தில் பலர் கிரெடிட் கார்டு களை தூக்கி எறிய வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது.

பஞ்சாப் நேஷனல் வங்கி அவ்வப்போது கடனை திருப்பி செலுத்த தகுதியிருந்தும் செலுத் தாதவர்கள் பட்டியலை வெளி யிட்டு வருகிறது. ஆனால் பெரும் பாலான வங்கிகள் இதை வெளி யிடாமல் தவிர்த்து வருகின்றன. சமீபத்தில் கடன் செலுத்தாதவர்கள் பட்டியலை பொதுத்துறை வங்கி களிடம் உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டது. இதுகுறித்து பேசிய ரகுராம் ராஜன் நாங்கள் முன்பே இதுகுறித்து வலியுறுத்தி இருக்கிறோம் என்று தெரிவித்தார்.

செயல்படாத வங்கி கணக்கு களை வகைப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்று வங்கிகளுக்கு ரிசர்வ் வங்கி அழுத்தம் கொடுத்து வருகிறது. இது கடன் கொடுத்தவர்களின் லாபத்தை பாதிக்கிறது.
