Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc in Botany with specialization in Ecology or M.Sc in Zoology or M.Sc in Environmental Science or M.Sc Agriculture in Soil Science/ Paedology or Forestry or Ph.D for S.No-1, Graduation with Knowledge of Remote Sensing, GIS & Geoinformatics & have knowledge of computer for S.No-2, Graduation with Knowledge of computer specially in website development, designing, internet, publication, App developing & programming for S.No-3 with relevant experience.

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Applications are invited on plain paper along with full Bio-data, copy of mark sheets, certificates and a recent passport size photograph for Research Associate(1 post) and Senior Research Fellow (1 post) at the consolidated fellowship of Rs. 24,000/- and Rs.16,000/- per month + HRA as per rules respectively, through walk-in-Interview under the project “Understanding the adaptation mechanisms of wild forage halophytes in the extreme saline-sodic Kachchh plains for enhancing feed resources” at CAZRI, RRS. Kukma, Bhuj. 

Qualifications: a) Research Associate (RA) (i) Essential:- Ph. D degree in Botany (specialization in Anatomy or Systematic)/ Plant Genetics OR Master’s Degree in Botany/Genetics with 1st class or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/other engagement

 (ii) Desirable:- Working experience in Plant Anatomy or Systematic supported with published research papers and good working knowledge of computer,

 b) Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (i) Essential:- Master’s degree in Soil Science/ Soil Chemistry/Biochemistry/Plant Physiology/Plant Biotechnology (ii) Desirable:Working experience in analysis of plant and soil nutrients/enzymes and good working knowledge of computer. Maximum age limit for RA is 40/45 years and SRF 35/40 years for men/women as on date of interview on 20.09.2014 at 11.00 AM in the office of CAZRI, RRS, Kukma, Bhuj.
