Eligibility: Graduation in Law - 10+2+3 format from a UGC recognized university. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Post graduation shall be given additional weightage. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification institutional/practicing experience (for age up to 28 years).
Key Competencies Required: Good communication skill – verbal and written ,Negotiation skill , Interpersonal skill and team work,Target orientation
Age : 28 years as on 01-12-2016 (relaxation till 40 years can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience)
Pay & Perquisites: For Manager (Band II): CTC starting from Rs. 7.00 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable). Experienced candidate would be compensated suitably as per market norms and Management discretion.
Probation period: 1 year. Depending on suitability, selected candidates can be considered even for Assistant Manager (Band I) scale (starting CTC 3.75 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).
