Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Technical Superintendent (Group B) - M.Sc. in (Electronics/Computer Science/Chemistry/Physics) ORB. Tech/ B.E m (Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) OR B.Sc [(Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics)/Electronics/Computer Science)] with two years relevant experience OR MCA with one year experience OR Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in appropriate field (Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) with 03 years experience. Knowledge of Computer Applications

2. Junior Superintendent (Group B) -Master Degree OR Bachelors Degree with two years relevant experience Knowledge of computer office applications & Secretariat practices.

3. Junior Superintendent (Raj Bhasha) (Group 8) - Post-graduate degree in Hindi preceded by a Bachelor's degree with English as a subject OR Bachelor's degree with Hindi as one compulsory subject a post-graduation in English from any recognized University, with at least one year of relevant translation experience with essential working expertise in computer applications in Hindi and Eriglish. OR English as an essential subject at the level of 10+2 (121 h) and thereafter Bachelor's degree with Hindi as the main subject and at-least 03 years experience of translation from Hindi to English and vice versa in any Central/State Government organization or any other government/semi government organization.

4.  Junior Engineer (Group 8) - Diploma (three years) in Civil or Electrical Engineering preferable first class, with three years relevant experience

5. Pharmacist (Group C) - 10+2 or equivalent with .Science Stream. (ii) Di ploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an Institution ofth.e ,central/State Govt. or an Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. (iii) Should be registered as a "Pharmacist" under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

6. Assistant Coach (Group C) - Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with Diploma in Coaching from NIS Patiala.

7. Junior Assistant (Group C) - Bachelors Degree in (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Computer Science) OR Diploma m Engineering of three years duration in (Computer Science/Electrical/Civil). Knowledge of computer applications.

8. Driver Grade II (Group C) -Bachelors Degree with knowledge of computer office applications.

9. Driver Grade II (Group C) - Senior Secondary (10+2) pass with Driving License of both heavy and light duty vehicles with 03 years of driving and maintenance experience OR 10+2 pass with ITI course with Driving license for both heavy and light duty vehicles with 02 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1, 2, 3, 4 - 18 to 32 years), (For Post 5 to 9 - 18 Years to 27 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 55 years for S.No-1, 35 years for S.No-2, 6, 30 years for S.No-3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 28 years for S.No-5, 10, 25 years for S.No-12 & 13 Posts.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in any subject. Eminent teachers/ persons having experience of print/ electronic media or journalism/ theatre, art and culture with a total of 10 years of regular service including administrative experience for S.No-1, Master’s Degree in any subject or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 2 years experience in video production related research for S.No-2, Master Degree in any subject or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3 years experience in video production or direction preferably in Educational TV or PG Diploma in direction from FTII or equivalent qualification or Master in Communication and 2 years experience in Video production preferably in Educational TV for S.No-3, B.E. in Electronics or Telecommunication with 02 years experience in relevant field, preferably in operation and maintenance of video broadcast quality production equipment for S.No-4, H.S.C. (12th) and Diploma in Video Production/ Cinematography from a recognized institute or H.S.C. with 3 years experience in broadcast quality video camera work for S.No-5 Posts. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in test and or interview.

Application Fee: Applicants required to pay of Rs. 500/- for General and OBC category in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, EMMRC Roorkee, payable at Roorkee. SC/ ST and Physically Challenged candidates are not required to submit the demand draft.
