Educational Qualification:

1.	Mine Overman	1. Valid Over man’s Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS 2.Valid First Aid Certificate issued by St Johns Ambulance Association 3. Valid Gas Testing certificate issued by DGMS 4. Minimum 3 years' experience in Coal Mining in Statutory Capacity, preferably In opencast coal mine
2.	Assistant Mine Surveyor	1. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying or Equivalent 2. Valid Surveyor Certificate of Competency(Coal) issued by DGMS 3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Coal Mining in Statutory Capacity, preferably in an opencast coal mine.
3.	Mines Electrical Supervisor	1. Diploma Electrical Engineer / ITI with valid Electrical Supervisor Certification of Competency covering mining installations issued under sub-rule (1) of Rule 45 read with clause(ii) of sub-rule(1) of Rule 131 of the Electrical Rules 1956 framed under the Indian Electricity Act’1910. 2. Valid Frist Aid Certificate issued by St Jons Ambulance Association. 3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Coal Mining Electrical Areas is necessary, preferably having working experience in an opencast coal mine.
3.	Mining Sirdar	1. Valid Mining Sirdars certificate of competency issued by DGMS 2. Valid First Aid Certificate Issued by St Johns Ambulance Association 3. Valid Gas Testing certificate issued by DGMS 4. Minimum 3 years' experience in Coal Mining in Statutory Capacity, preferably in opencast coal mine

Period of ad hoc/contractual engagement shall be initially for 01 (One) year from the Date of Joining and may be extended by 01(0ne) more year based on NTPC PBCMP requirement and individual's satisfactory performance, medical fitness and validity of competency certificate.

3. Additional Benefits payable for all the above posts are -Night Shift allowance Maximum '1200/-per month( For Max-1 O Night Shift), Mobile Charge "300/-per month(Fixed), MedicaVOPD Charges °'1000/-per month (Fixed), Medical Insurance Coverage of '3 Lakhs per annum for self &family
