IPPB Invites Applications for the Following Posts
1. CGM (Operations)/ Chief Operations Officer
2. GM (Risk & Compliance/ Chief Risk and Compliance Officer)
3. AGM (Human Resource Management)
4. Senior Manager (HR Generalist Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Performance Management System)
5. Manager (Training)


Educational Qualification:
1. CGM (Operations)/ Chief Operations Officer - Graduate from University/Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Note: 1. MBA from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India/ International University of repute (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body, is preferred. 2. CAIIB Certification is preferred. & Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or Financial Services industry is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years as head of operations or one level below head of operations of a bank operating in a technology environment, is mandatory. (And) The candidate should at least be working in Scale VI of a PSB or equivalent scale in a Private Bank or similar level in any other organization.
2. GM (Risk & Compliance/ Chief Risk and Compliance Officer) - Chartered Accountant from ICAI is mandatory. (Or) Graduate (With Specialization in Law) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body is mandatory. Note: Certification in Financial Risk Management from GARP is desirable. & Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 18 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 9 years of experience in risk and compliance function in Banks or Financial Services is mandatory. (And) The candidate should at least be working in Scale VI of a PSB or equivalent scale in a Private Bank or similar level in any other organization.
3. AGM (Human Resource Management) - Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Note: MBA / Post graduation (With Specialization in HR) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India/ International University of repute (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body is preferred. & Minimum 12 years of experience in HR function in Banking or Financial Services or Insurance Sector is mandatory. (And) The candidate should at least be working in Scale IV of a PSB or equivalent scale in a Private Bank or similar level in any other organization
4. Senior Manager (HR Generalist Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Performance Management System) - Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. & Minimum 6 years of experience in HR. (And) The candidate should at least be working in Scale II of a PSB or equivalent scale in a Private Bank or similar level in any other organization
5. Manager (Training) - Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. & Minimum 3 years of experience in HR. (And) The candidate should at least be working in Scale I of a PSB or equivalent scale in a Private Bank or similar level in any other organization.


Age Limit: (As on 01.09.2017)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 35 years to 55 years), (For Post 2 - 38 years to 55 years), (For Post 3 - 32 to 50 years), (For Post 4 - 26 to 35 years), (For Post 5 - 23 to 35 years). Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules

Selection will be made on the basis of an interview. However, Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test. IPPB reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Assessment/ Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary screening/ short listing with reference to candidates’ qualification, experience, profile vis-a-vis job requirements, etc. Final select list will be published on the website.


Application Fee:
For General/OBC Candidates Application Fee is - Rs.700/-
For All Other Candidates (ST/SC/Ex-s) Application Fee is - Rs.150/-
