Qualifications: M.Sc. (Agri.) in Horticulture with specialization in Plantations crops/ Agronomy / Crop Physiology / Agriculture Statistics / Forestry / M.Sc., Environmental Science from recognized Agricultural Universities (or) M. Tech or equivalent qualification in Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing (or) M.Sc. or Equivalent qualification in Remote Sensing / Physics / Geography Candidates possessing postgraduate degree in basic sciences should have been NET qualified.
Desirable Qualifications : 1 . A specialization in Plantation crops (coffee' tea etc') 2. Knowledge in remote sensing & GIS and image processing & GIS Packages like ERDAS' ARCGIS etc' 3. Knowledge in statistical data analysis and Microsoft Excel
Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA as per the entitlement
Age : Should not be more than 35 years as on 31-03-2017
