Name of the Post: Customer Agent & Junior Customer Agent

Age Limit: Candidates age should be not above 30 years for General, not above 33 years for OBC & not above 35 years for SC/ ST candidates as on 01-12-2016. Age relaxation for Ex- servicemen as per Government guidelines.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years‟ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations for Customer Agent & HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/ faculty from a recognized Board/ University with knowledge of basic computer operations for Jr Customer Agent with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Screening Process & Group Discussion.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 500/- Demand Draft in favour of “AIR INDIA AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD.”, payable at Mumbai.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend for walk in with an application in the prescribed format by affixing recent (not more than 3 months old) coloured passport size photograph of the full face (front view), Self-attested copies of all relevant certificates, experience & originals on 16-12-2016 from 09.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs.
