Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceeding 40 years for Post 1, 35 years for Post 2 & 3. Age relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, upto 3 years for OBC candidates, for PWD & Govt Servants is applicable as per rules

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in Science/ Agriculture Sciences from a recognized University with four years experience in Research & Development &/ or Academic Institutions &/ or Science & Technology Organizations in Agriculture for Post 1, Master’s Degree in Science/ Agricultural Sciences for Post 2 & Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in Textile Technology from a recognized University for Post 3.

Selection Process: Short listed candidates based on qualifications & experience will be called for written test/ interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through website www.csb.gov.in on or before 08-11-2016 & send print out of application along with photocopies of certificates regarding educational qualifications, age, experience, caste certificate by Speed Post/Registered post to the Member-Secretary, Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, Hosur Road, B.T.M. Layout, Madiwala, Bangalore – 560 068 on or before 11-11-2016 & 18-11-2016 for remote areas.
