Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer or Electronics/ ME/ M.Tech, MCA, MSc
ExperienceMinimum 15 years of experience, with at least Ten years of managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment. Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
Key Responsibilities::
  • Responsible for significant, Technology vertical -wide projects, typically with large budgets and sizeable staff, focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders etc.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and projects to meet the goals and priorities of the department.

  • Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies used within NPCI-Tech Division. Provide expertise and consulting to project managers in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building and group motivation.

  • Leads the design, testing, planning, and implementation of complex projects for systems that typically affect many users.

  • Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members and project managers. Ensure project team, staff and manager training and Development.

  • Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization

  • Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program

  • Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program

  • Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery

  • Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency

  • Timeline Management of Projects: Generally managing multi-year, multi-phased projects.
