Upper Upper Age Limit (as on 30.06.2015):30 Years  

Qualification & experience: 
Essentials: 
1. PG Degree in Pers. Mgt/ Industrial Relations/HRD/Social work from a recognized University. 
2. Minimum  2 years experience of which one year in the Supervisory level.
 Desirable:
1. Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/Pers Mgt/Human Resource Development. 
2. MBA/LLB/PG Diploma in Labour Laws.
