Bharat Electronics Limited, a leading Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise, under the Ministry of Defence, is proposed to engage Management Industrial Trainees (Finance) for one year Training for its Bangalore Unit.

I. Eligibility criteria to appear for the interview:
 1. Candidate should have passed intermediate CA/ICWA.
 2. Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
3. The maximum age limit of the candidates for selections of Management Industrial Trainees (Finance) will be 25 years as on 31-05-2015

II. Modalities of recruitment 
1. Selection of MITS will be through interview.
Note:
1. No TA/DA will be paid for the candidates to attend the interview.
 2. Following documents are to be produced in original for verifications:
 • SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card (as proof of age).
• Intermediate Examination Certificate. • Caste / Community certificate in case of SC, ST, OBC & PWD candidates.

General Details:
 The duration of Training is for one year. However, extension for one year may be considered after review of the performance of the candidates.

 Monthly stipend is 7,500/- ₹
  MITs would be eligible for one day casual leave cum sick leave for every completed month of training.
 Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
