While one position will be primarily for Accounts & one position primarily for Purchase and Stores, experience and willingness to participate in and lead general administration and facilities management will be desirable.
1. ACCOUNTS OFFICER (C) : One Post [Unreserved];
Pay Band (PB-3) : Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- ; Total Monthly Emoluments : Rs.56,394/- ; HQ: Hyderabad.
Qualifications: i) Graduate in Commerce with Advanced Accountancy, Auditing and Income-Tax as subjects with a minimum of 60% marks. (ii) Diploma in Finance and Accounts or in a related area. (iii) Knowledge of use of personal computers and their applications.
Experience: 5 years experience in Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/4600/4800 or equivalent grade.
Desirable: i) Applicant should have thorough knowledge of Govt. Financial Rules (FRSR), working
knowledge in purchase, accounts, stores, inventory, preparation of financial statements, budget work etc.
(ii) MBA/PG Diploma in Management from any recognized and reputed institution.
Age: Below 40 as on July 1, 2014. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation should not
exceed 56 years as on July 1, 2014.
2. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (C): One Post [Reserved for Other Backward Class];
Pay Band (PB-3) : Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- ; Total Monthly Emoluments: Rs.56,394/- ; HQ: Hyderabad.
Qualifications: i) Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks (ii) Diploma in Management. (iii) Knowledge of use of personal computers and their applications.
Experience: 5 years experience in Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/4600/4800 or equivalent grade.
Desirable: Preparation of budget and utilization statements, working knowledge in purchase, stores, and inventory. (ii) MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/Foreign Trade from any recognized and reputed institution.
Age : Below 43 years as on July 1, 2014. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation should not exceed 56 years as on July 1, 2014.
General Information
1) The post is permanent, if filled by direct recruitment.
2) Prescribed age should not exceed as on July 1, 2014 for the above posts.
3) SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates can also apply for unreserved posts.
4) Selected candidates for the above posts will be governed by the New Pension Scheme applicable to the Central Government Service [unless they are already governed by CCS (Pension) Rules 1972].
5) Higher starting salary could be considered for deserving candidates. NOTE for candidates applying under Deputation basis
1) The period of deputation will be for a period of three years .
2) The eligible employees working in the Central Government Departments/Autonomous Institutions for appointment under deputation should send their applications through proper channel as per the

Outstation candidates called for interview for the above posts will be paid single Second Class return train fare for the journey by the shortest route from the nearest railway station of their place of residence to the place of interview on the production of photocopies of onward and return journey tickets.
The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. Mere fulfilling the essential and desirable qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for interview. More vacancies may also be filled through this advertisement.
