Bharat Electronics Ltd. requires retired/retiring on or before 31.10.2014 from Army/ Air Force/ Navy personnel with 3 years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Electronics Communication / Tele Communication/ Electrical discipline in the rank of JCO or equivalent having 15 years & above post qualification (Professional) experience on short term  employment basis in Executive Cadre for a period of 3 years (extendable up to 5 years based on performance review after 3 years)for its Regional Product Support Centre (RPSC) at Port Blair, Andaman Nicobar Islands 

POST: - Sr.Asst.Engineer (Short term) in E-I Grade.

PAY SCALE: - Rs. 12600-3%-32500 ( CTC Rs.5 lakhs approx)

NO. OF POSTS: - 3 (Reservation/ Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC will be as per Govt. rules. No

of post may vary based on the requirement at the appropriate time)

EXPERIENCE: - 15 years or more relevant post qualification experience in working with Defence Electronic Equipment during their tenure in Defence Service. 

Candidates with experience in having worked in NSRY (Port Blair) or with BEL Equipment will be

given preference.

AGE: - Upper age limit: 45 years as on 31.10.2014 in the case of deserving / experienced

candidates upper age may be relaxed.

SELECTION: - The selection will be through a written test & interview

1. Self attested copy of SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (proof of age).

2. Self attested copies of Marks cards for having passed all semesters / years of Diploma Engineering or equivalent examination.

3. Certificate from the previous employer regarding relevant post qualification experience.

4. Caste / Tribe Certificate (if applicable) and other relevant certificates.

5. Discharge Certificate / Summary from defence forces, if applicable.

 Only short listed candidates will be called for the written test & interview. Candidates short listed for interview only will be reimbursed to and fro Second class train fare by the shortest route on production of the railway ticket receipts as per Company rules.
