1.LIBRARY AND  INFORMATION  OFFICER( Rs.15600-39100 + GP 6600 )- 1 post   General.

Master's degree followed by a Degree in Library Science . 7 years' experience in a large

Library of Educational,Technical,Researach  Institutes ,conversant with all matters of Library Administration.

Age limit :40 years. 

2. ASSISTANT  REGISTRAR( Rs. 15600-39100+ GP-5400)-1  post –OBC

Graduate in Arts/Science /Commerce /Engineering /Technology/Business  Administration with10 years experience in Administration /Accounts /Academic /Finance , out of which 5 years experience as Section Head or equivalent  to supervisory capacity in a residential College or an Institute of Higher learning.

                  

Age limit: 35 years.  ( OBC - 38 years)

3. ACCOUNTS OFFICER  (Rs.9300-34800+ GP 4600 ) - 1 Post-General

Bachelor's degree preferably in Commerce.SAS/SOGE/ICWA qualifications will be given  preference. Five to seven years experience in Government Audit, Stock Accounts, Works Accounts.

Age limit :35 years. 

4. ASSISTANT LIBRARY & INFORMATION OFFICER (Rs.9300-34800+GP 4600 )

1  Post -  General

Post Graduate with Bachelor of Library Science with three years experience.  Knowledge of Computer application.

Age limit : 35 years. 

GENERAL

 Experience and/or qualifications  may be relaxed in exceptionally outstanding candidates, at the discretion of the Institute.    Knowledge of Computer applications is desirable.

Allowances are admissible as per Central Government rates and Gratuity, PF, LTC, Leave, etc. as per the rules of the Institute.  No age restriction/Application Fee for internal candidates. 

Reservation for SC, ST, OBC and Persons with Disability candidates is as per Govt. of India Rules.  Candidates should indicate their status, supported by enclosing a copy of the valid prescribed Caste certificate.  OBC candidates should enclose  the latest Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
