The post which BPCL introduced is: Management Trainee

Academic qualification: Applicant must have Mechanical degree in B.Tech or B.E or B.Sc (engineering)

With minimum 60% marks for general & OBC, 50% marks SC/ST from government affiliated university.

Age Applicability: Applicant should have upper age limit 25 years for general candidate, for SC/

ST relaxation is of 5 years, for OBC candidate relaxation is of 3 years, for PWD candidates (general-05 years, obc-13 years, and SC/ST-15 years)

Allowance received by candidate: Basic pay + Grade pay: Rs.24, 900/- to Rs50, 500/-.

Application fee: No fee will be deducted for any candidate.

Selection of candidate is based on GATE valid Score Card 2013 followed by Group discussion & Personal interview.
