சிறுநீரில் ரத்தம் வெளியேறுவதை குணப்படுத்தும் அருகம்புல்

நலம் தரும் நாட்டு மருத்துவத்தில், சிறுநீரில் ரத்தம் கலந்து வெளியேறும் பிரச்னைக்கு தீர்வுகாணும் மருத்துவத்தை காணலாம். சிறுநீரகத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட அழற்சி, சிறுநீர் பை, சிறுநீரக கற்கள் காரணமாக சிறுநீரில் ரத்தம் கலந்து வெளியேறுகிறது. நன்னாரியை பயன்படுத்தி இதற்கான மருந்து தயாரிக்கலாம். நன்னாரி வேர் பொடி, நெறிஞ்சில் பொடி, சந்தனப்பொடி ஆகியவற்றை தலா கால் ஸ்பூன் அளவுக்கு எடுக்கவும். 

இதில், பனங்கற்கண்டு சேர்த்து ஒரு டம்ளர் நீர்விட்டு கொதிக்க வைக்கவும். வடிகட்டி காய்ச்சிய பால் சேர்த்து கலந்து குடித்துவர சிறுநீரில் ஏற்படும் எரிச்சல், ரத்தம் வெளியேறுதல் பிரச்னைகள் சரியாகும். பல்வேறு நன்மைகளை கொண்ட நன்னாரி உடலுக்கு குளிர்ச்சியை அளிக்க கூடியது. நன்னாரி, நெறிஞ்சில் ஆகியவை சிறுநீர் பெருக்கியாக விளங்குகிறது. சிறுநீரக கற்களால் ஏற்படும் உள் காயங்களால் சிறுநீரில் ரத்தம் கலந்து வெளியாகிறது. 

சிறுநீர் பையில் நீர் இல்லாமல் வற்றி இருக்கும்போது இப்பிரச்னை ஏற்படும். சிறுநீர் பாதையில் தொற்று ஏற்படும்போதும் ரத்தம் வெளியாகிறது. அருகம்புல்லை பயன்படுத்தி சிறுநீர் தாரையில் ஏற்படும் எரிச்சல், ரத்தம் வெளியேறுதலுக்கான மருந்து தயாரிக்கலாம். அருகம்புல்லை துண்டுகளாக்கி சிறிது நீர்விட்டு அரைத்து சாறு எடுக்கவும். 50 மில்லி அருகம்புல் சாறுடன், அதே அளவு மோர் எடுத்து கலந்து காலை, மாலை வேளைகளில் குடித்துத்துவர சிறுநீரில் ரத்தம் கலந்து வெளியாவது சரியாகும். 

சிறுநீர் தாரையில் ஏற்படும் வலி, புண்கள் குணமாகும். ரத்தம் சுத்தமாகும். மருத்துவ குணங்களை கொண்ட அருகம்புல் ரத்தத்தை கெட்டிப்படுத்தும் தன்மை உடையது. நோய் நீக்கியாக விளங்குகிறது. மாதுளம் பூக்களை பயன்படுத்தி மருந்து தயாரிக்கலாம். மாதுளம் பூக்களின் இதழ்களை எடுக்கவும். இதனுடன் சிறிது பனங்கற்கண்டு சேர்க்கவும். ஒரு டம்ளர் நீர்விட்டு கொதிக்க வைக்கவும். இதை வடிகட்டி காலை, மாலை வேளையில், 10 மில்லி அளவுக்கு குடித்துவர சிறுநீரில் ரத்தம் வெளியேறுவது நிற்கும். எரிச்சல் குணமாகும்.

அரிசி கழுவிய தண்ணீரில் உள்ள சத்துக்கள்

அரிசி கழுவிய தண்ணீரை வீணாக்காமல் சருமத்தை அழகு படுத்துவதற்கும் பயன்படுத்தலாம். அரிசி கழுவிய நீரால் முடி பாதிக்கப்படுவது தடுக்கப்படுவதாக ஆய்வுகளின் மூலம் தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.

அரிசி கழுவிய தண்ணீரை கொண்டு சுண்டைக்காய் கார குழம்பு செய்யலாம். சமையலில் இதனை பயன்படுத்துவதால் சுவை கூடுதலாக இருப்பதோடு, சுவையாகவும் இருக்கும்.

அரிசி கழுவிய தண்ணீரை கொண்டு குழந்தைகளுக்கு சுட வைத்த தண்ணீரை கொண்டு கால்களை பிடித்து ஊற்றவும். உடல் முழுவதும் குளிக்க வைப்பதால் உடலுக்கு தேவையான பலம் கிடைக்கும். இதனால் சீக்கிரமாக கால்களுக்கு பலம் கிடைத்து குழந்தைகள் நடக்கும். அவை இன்றும் கிராம புறங்களில் பின்பர்றுகிறார்கள்.

அரிசியை சுத்தமான நீரில் 1/2 மணி நேரம் ஊறவைத்து, அரிசியை நன்றாக 2 முறை கழுவிக்கொள்ள வேண்டும், பின்னர் அந்த நீரை வடிகட்டவேண்டும். பின்னர் அந்த நீரால் முகத்தையும், கூந்தலையும் அலச வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு செய்தால் அரிசி கழுவிய நீரில் உள்ள சத்துக்கள் சருமத் துளைகளின் வழியே சரும செல்களுக்கு கிடைத்து, சருமம் முகத்தில் உள்ள சுருக்கங்கள் அனைத்தும் நீங்குவதோடு, சருமமும் பொழிவுபெரும். ஆரோக்கியமாகவும் பொலிவோடும் இருக்கும். 

தினமும் ஒவ்வொரு முறை முகத்தைக் கழுவும் போதும், அரிசி கழுவிய நீரினால் கழுவ வேண்டும். கூந்தல் அதிக வறட்சியுடன் மென்மையின்றி இருந்தால், அப்போது அரிசி கழுவிய நீரைக் கொண்டு கூந்தலை அலசி, சிறிது நேரம் ஊற வைத்து, பின் சுத்தமான குளிர்ந்த நீரில் கூந்தலை அலச வேண்டும். இதனால் கூந்தலின் மென்மைத்தன்மை அதிகரிக்கும். மேலும் முடியின் இயற்கை நிறமும் பாதுகாக்கப்படும். 

இதனை அப்படியே குடிக்காமல், அரிசியை வேகவைத்து வடித்த தண்ணீரோடு உப்பு கலந்து குடிக்கும்போது சத்துக்கள் வீணாகமல் முழுமையாக கிடைக்கும். இந்நீரில் கார்போஹைட்ரேட்டுகளும், ஊட்டச்சத்துகளும் வளமாக நிறைந்துள்ளதால் இதனை குடிப்பதன் மூலம் உடலுக்கு ஆற்றல் கிடைக்கும்.
