மத்திய அரசின் பொதுத் துறை நிறுவனமான பாரத் சஞ்சார் நிகாம் (பி.எஸ்.என்.எல்.) நிறுவனம் இளநிலை பொறியாளர் (Junior Engineer) பணியில் 2,700 காலியிடங்களைப் போட்டித் தேர்வு மூலம் நிரப்பவிருக்கிறது. இதில், சென்னை டெலிபோன்ஸ் வட்டத்தில் 80 காலியிடங்களும், தமிழ்நாடு வட்டத்தில் 198 காலியிடங்களும் உள்ளன. இளநிலைப் பொறியாளர் பதவியானது முன்பு தொலைத்தொடர்பு தொழில்நுட்ப உதவியாளர் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டது.

மேலும், பி.எஸ்சி. தேர்வு விதிகள்

தகுதியான நபர்கள் ஆன்லைன்வழி போட்டித் தேர்வு மூலம் தேர்வுசெய்யப் படுவார்கள். இதில், பொது விழிப்புத் திறன், அடிப்படை பொறியியல், சம்பந்தப் பட்ட பொறியியல் பிரிவு ஆகியவற்றில் இருந்து மொத்தம் 200 கேள்விகள் இடம்பெறும். ஒவ்வொரு கேள்விக்கும் ஒரு மதிப்பெண். தேர்வு நேரம் 3 மணி நேரம். ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் குறைந்தபட்ச மதிப்பெண் எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

வெளிநாட்டு வங்கிகளில் பதுக்கி வைக்கப்பட்ட ரூ.13,000 கோடி கருப்புப் பணம் கண்டுபிடிப்பு

வெளிநாட்டு வங்கிக் கணக்குகளில் பதுக்கி வைக்கப்பட்ட ரூ.13 ஆயிரம் கோடி கருப்புப் பணத்தை மத்திய அரசு அதிகாரிகள் கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளனர். 2011ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு வரையான காலத்தில் வெளிநாட்டு வங்கிகளில் போடப்பட்ட தொகை இதுவாகும். 

வெளிநாடுகளில் முடக்கி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள கருப்புப் பணத்தை வெளிக் கொண்டு வர அரசும், வருமான வரித்துறை அதிகாரிகளும் மேற்கொண்ட நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு தற்போது பலன் கிடைக்கத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.

ஹெச்எஸ்பிசி வங்கியின் ஜெனீவா கிளையில் போடப்பட்டுள்ள 400 வங்கிக் கணக்குகள் தொடர்பான விவரத்தை பிரான்ஸ் அரசு 2011-ம் ஆண்டில் வெளியிட்டது. இதன் மூலம் வருமான வரித்துறை அதிகாரிகள் கணக்கில் காட்டப்படாமல் போடப்பட்ட ரூ.8,186 கோடியைக் கண்டுபிடித்தனர். வெளிநாட்டில் போடப்பட்ட வங்கிக் கணக்குகளில் தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு வெளிக் கொண்டு வரப்பட்ட தொகையில் இது மிக அதிகமானதாகும். 2016-ம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் வரையான காலத்தில் ரூ.5,377 கோடி பதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன, அது தொடர்பான விவரத்தை அளிக்கும்படி வரித்துறை சார்பில் கோரப்பட்டது. அதற்கு தற்போது விவரம் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

ஹெச்எஸ்பிசி வங்கி தொடர்பான விவகாரத்தில் இந்தியாவுக்கு 628 வங்கிக் கணக்குகள் தொடர்பான விவரம் கிடைத்தது. இதில் 213 வங்கிக் கணக்குகளில் உள்ள சொத்துகள் ஏலம் விட முடியாத பட்டியலில் இடம்பெற்றிருந்தன. ஒன்று இந்தக் கணக்கில் முற்றிலுமாக நிதி இருக்காது. அல்லது இவை அனைத்தும் வெளிநாடு வாழ் இந்தியர்கள் வைத்திருக்கும் கணக்காக இருக்கும் என்று தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. அதேபோல சில கணக்குகளின் விவரத்தை பெற முடியாத சூழலும் உள்ளது. ஏலம் விடக்கூடிய வகையிலான 398 வங்கிக் கணக்குகளில் சிலவற்றை ஏலம் விட முடியாது என வருமான வரித்துறை சமரச தீர்வு ஆணையம் முடிவு செய்து கைவிட்டுவிட்டது.

2013-ம் ஆண்டு வாஷிங்டனைத் தலைமையிடமாகக் கொண்டு செயல்படும் அமைப்பு வெளிநாட்டு வங்கிகளில் 700 வங்கிக் கணக்குகளில் ரூ.5,000 கோடி கருப்புப் பணம் போடப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தகவல் தெரிவித்தது. இதையடுத்து இதை ஆராயும் பணியில் வருமான வரித்துறையினர் இறங்கினர். 700 இந்தியர்களின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் இவை போடப்பட்டுள்ளதாக அந்த அமைப்பு தனது இணையதளத்தில் தெரிவித்தது.

வரி ஏய்ப்பு செய்வதாகக் குற்றம் சாட்டி 55 பேர் மீது வருமான வரித்துறையினர் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்துள்ளனர். இதனிடையே சர்வதேச புலனாய்வு பத்திரிகையாளர் கூட்டமைப்பு கருப்புப் பணம் குறித்த தகவலையும் வெளியிட்டது. மத்திய அரசு கருப்பு பண விவரங்களை தாமாக முன் வந்து தெரிவிப்பதற்கான வாய்ப்பை அளித்தது. வரி ஏய்ப்பு தொடர்பாக ஏற்கெனவே வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து நடைபெற்று வருபவர்களுக்கு இந்த சலுகை கிடையாது என வருமான வரித்துறை அறிவித்துவிட்டது.
