Positions 
MANAGE invites applications to recruit Professionals in the following subjects.
 i) Marketing Management
ii) Finance Management
iii) Quantitative Subjects like Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics
The Professional will be intensively engaged for
i) teaching to students of PG Programme,
ii) generating resources by way of consultancy
iii) conduct of research,
iv) offering MDPs and training programmes for executives of Agri Business companies and government officers of agriculture and allied departments.

Remuneration / Salary The Professional will be appointed on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year extendable further based on performance. A consolidated annual remuneration / salary of Rs.12,00,000/- will be offered

Essential Qualifications
(A) The applicant should have first class Master’s Degree in relevant subject / MBA / PG Diploma in Management / Agri Business Management or its equivalent from a recognized University or institution with specialization in the subjects mentioned above.
(B) The candidate should possess Ph.D. Degree in the above mentioned subjects and 10 years of teaching and research experience.
(C) The candidates possessing Ph.D. as mentioned above with 10 years of industry experience are also eligible subject to meeting the qualifications given at (A).
(D) Liberal consultancy payment norms will be extended to the Professional as approved for MANAGE. The Professional should be able to generate revenue from consultancies so that their position remains financially viable.
